Seen something very similar at the Sf. Cloud dam the other day too. The best places to catch fish in high water are in slack water, or at least in moderate flow. Why not put your odds more in your favor, and leave the boat at home, or fish calmer stretches of water?

The river is no place to show how big your testosterone levels might be. BE SAFE

Wow !!  some great photos of some very stupid men.  Seen this today and felt compelled to ask this question........  Thankfully they gave up in several minutes in search of calmer waters. Be careful out there.
