Hey guys I just recently moved closer to the Buffalo area and am not familiar with the lakes. I only c&r and am interested in large mouth and walleyes. Any information on local lakes I should check out would be great, also feel free to PM if that works as well.

Buffalo, Clearwater and Maple are a few of the more popular lakes in the area for both Bass and eyes.

You'll find largemouth in just about every lake. Walleye are not as prolific in this part of the state as elsewhere, but they're around, and can be had. The whole HWY 55 corridor from Buffalo out to Paynesville will provide a variety of multi-species opportunities, some better than others in regard to walleye.
