Resorts on vermillion?

So we are looking for a new place to stay for a upcoming June trip. I know we might be a little late. The usual spot we go ended up not being available due to some other family getting the weekend. Anyone have some recommendations? We have 4-6 guys looking for an extended weekend. Hopefully towards the center of the lake.. not al the way east, and not all the way up in the north west corner. We are used to dumping in by Shamrocks.

About 5 years ago some buddies and I used vrbo.com to find people renting their cabins on Vermilion. Might be worth checking out, unless you're looking for all the amenities a resort would provide.

I would second the idea of a private rental, VRBO, HomeAway, etc. We had very good luck with these for many years on Vermilion before we purchased our cabin. There are also private rentals on lakevermilion.com

Hard to beat Glenwood Lodge on the north east end.Billy is an outstanding host and will take care of you.

Its a little ways from Shamrock but Everett Bay Lodge is a great place to stay. The owners are awesome, the cabins nice and parking your boat on a dock in a nice quiet bay is a great feature. Lots of great fishing in the area too.

Retreat Lodge would be an excellent choice! Center of the lake, great and knowledgable owners, and VERY close to outstanding fishing. In addition, great cabins...easy choice if it were me

Vermilion dam lodge cause of the facility, people, and location. I've stayed at 3 resorts on vermilion and that has my pick.
