Quietest Aerator, with Wall Plug Option?

Afternoon, All-

I'm looking to see what people's opinions are on the quietest bait aerators out there? I have no problem using a small one with a 5-gal pail, or buying one of those full-fledged 'bait cooler' systems, just need something that doesn't give you a darn headache after 30min (or optimally something that could run in the ice house while you sleep).

I would also like one that can operate on batteries, but has the option of plugging into a wall outlet (12v or 110 wall). 110 would be great to save bait at home or the cabin for a day or 2 at a time.

Primary uses:

* Ice House (inside)- plug in

* Portable ice house- batteries

I have this one. I wouldn't say that it's whisper quiet, but it's not too bad.
