Someone else can chime in here but I think that is the make/model that a lot people went to when they had furnace trouble with their new IC's the year before last.

Do u think a 20,000 suburban will work in a 16 x 6 sprayfoamed? the current draw is ony like 2 or 3 in the 20,000, and 5.5 in the 30,000?

Yes that would be fine. I have a 20k in an 8 x 16 that is not sprayfoamed, and it can keep up. The biggest thing is banking it good and using hole sleeves to keep the wind/draft out.

Just built a 6.5 x 14 plus 3' V and put in a suburban 19k btu unit (NT20-SEQ). The unit is a direct discharge and much quieter than the non "Q" models. I was worried about the air volume output, but seems to move just as much air as my friends non-quiet model. Just finished it this spring so haven't had the chance to rune it through the paces but been happy with the quietness during test firing.

20K btu will be just fine for your size house.

I've got a 20K in a 8x20 salem ice cabin toy hauler and I do fine.

I do wish I had the 30K just for the warmup time it takes the 20, but looking at it as a glass half full guy, it gives me time to sweep up the ice shavings from drilling holes before they melt into water. :)
