I have been looking around at feeder streams that feed into the MN River for carp/suckers running and have not had any luck. Has anyone else been out and have any reports of the spring run? I am hoping to do some sight fishing with the fly rod. Can anyone provide some tips and hints for finding carp or other rough fish in the smaller rivers in the SW Metro? Any information is greatly appreciated.

I suspect that it is too early. The cold predicted for next week will have an impact as well.
