How's the ice looking on Leech? Will a guy be able to chase crappie in the channels and harbors soon?

We have a place a little farther north,Winnie area,& the people that live on the lake say it should be gone this week.The forcast is for 70/wind for the next couple of days which should finish it off.

I think the ice should be gone today if it hasn't already over night. With 70's today, strong winds tomorrow and 60's rest of the week we should some water temps rise as well. There should be some good fishing this year before the walleye opener.

Very good news. We are heading to Leech this weekend to open up the trailer now that today the resort turned the water on.It will be nice to get the boat out and see how it runs..
