I'm looking for some recommendations for a guide service for Leech Lake. We have a cabin around hackensack and are experienced fishermen but have not ventured onto the big lake. We're looking for walleye's. Probably looking at just 1/2 day so do you recommend morning or evening?

Thanks

Doug

I would say call Chuck at Reeds sporting goods.

He spends a lot of time on leech guiding.

Ray Gildow from Nisswa Guides league. Leech is his "home lake" so to speak. Ray is one of the best there is.

I would have to agree, thought he retired......

Ray is definitely not retired. He retired from teaching, but he's still very actively guiding, probably more trips last year than ever.
