public access condition at garrison?

just wondering if anyone has info on the condition of the ice at the garrison public access. Want to go perching on North end, but have no idea on the ice. Thanks.

I just got back from Garrison. Access is in good shape still. About 6 vehicles out in the bay today. I'd guess about 32" of ice.

3 small pike, and 1 incidental 26" Walleye. I heard from someone who is chasing pike on a regular basis, that they are still out in deeper water....

8 pike (nothing over 27") this past weekend....

Ice is deteriorating very quickly on the bay. The bays to the south are in worse shape. Shorelines are gone in numerous areas.
