places to stay

Does anyone know of any good places to stay other than the local resorts. A group of about 10 or so are thinking of comming up to do some fishing. <P>O<P>work is for people who don't fish

Unless you have reservations somewhere I wouldn't get your hopes up. There are several motels around here but they are stacked full most weekends. If you want some listings for a specific area (Warroad, Baudette), let me know. You can always give them a call. Ya just never know.

If anyone hears of an opening on the night of Saturday, January 17th please e-mail me at [email protected] or call me at 651-210-9640. I just got off the phone with every resort and hotel/motel and everyone is booked, odd isnt it, lol. thanks in advance for any help.Oh yeah, itll be three people.

Two years ago we ended up staying at the Baudette Motel rather than drive home. They were reasonable and close to a great resturant just up the street. Don't order more than 2 pancakes though. They are reeeeally large. Bill

As the old saying sayes the early bird get's the worm When did you guys start thinking about comming? If it was back in early Dec.Should have put revs. in then most of the resort's were filling up fast then.Just get on the horn and start calling around to find a opening.Your best bet would<BR>be a weekly package with or with out meals and guid service.Just my 2 cents.

We have a reservation with gibbens for sunday but we thought that wed come up on saturday to enjoy the wig wam, problem is we didnt think of it till yesterday two weeks away from then, didnt realize it was that hard to find a place to crash with short notice, mental note made.
