Structure Scan or 360 Ice Fishing

Has anyone tried using the lowrance structure scan system or humminbird 360 ice fishing? I saw an article in Infisherman this month and seems like it would be a great way to find fish over a large area, especially crappies over deep water. Anybody tried this?

I have seen videos of guys that have rigged up the bird 360 unit for ice fishing but the standard bird down/side imaging or the lowrance structure scan require you to be moving to paint the picture. Through a hole in the ice this isn't possible unless you have something like what bird did with the 360. You cannot just drop them down the Hole and get an image like you can with a standard ducer.

Thanks for the reply. I get it now that the SS wouldn't be that helpful unless you were moving. I'd be interested to know if the 360 works well in cold temps. Seems like if it froze you would run into issues. Lots of money to have it break in the cold temps, but I can imagine finding fish would be 100x easier than drilling tons of holes.
