Recommended Posts

No need to set the hook on the walleyes i've been catching. They double the rod over for you. Caught 3 in the 30 minutes of fishing yesterday. 100yds from the access too smile

Not at all, complete 180 from last year. Tonka eyes are hammering everything right now from plain hooks with fatheads, shiners and chubby darters. We've gotten some big ones too.

What are you targeting?

Mostly walleye and panfish. I've had one good day on Bald Eagle and have had no luck on White Bear. Apparently I need to move to the west metro....

fishoneworknever I tried Tonka tonight before sunset until 6:00 and didn't mark a fish... drilled holes 8 to 20 feet of water.... first time ever fishing Tonka. Any recommendations? if you don't want to make it public, maybe send a PM?

Thanks
