Lake Koronis

Anyone got any ice reports for Koronis? I want to try spearing it near thanksgiving if its got 4 inches, Thanks!

8-10" on the main part of the lake more in the bays a lot of spear houses out by the islands and out by the Hwy 55 launch some small cars and trucks driving in the bays

I have been having GOOD luck in the bays for EYES been seeing a lot of ppl out in front of Camp Koronis (the church) just wondering were I can find some crappies or perch on this lake don't need to know secret spots just need a area of the lake and how deep and I can do the rest. Can find plenty of eyes and pike just want to find some pan fish to keep the kids entertained any help would be appreciated thanks. PM me if u want.

Found the Crappies thanks for all the HELP lol got about 15 messages asking where I was catching eyes but no one could tell me about the Crappies so I picked up a lake map and did some research and found them by my self.

We are going to try ice fishing koronis for the 1st time this weekend and was wondering if there are any areas on the lake that typically have thin ice from springs or current? Any info on areas to avoid would be greatly appreciated.

Stay away from the islands always sketchy ice between them. You will usally see breakers between them. Over the years they have taken a few vehicles and wheelers who dared to drive between them The rest of the lake is normally hazard free.

Wanted to go and fish out by the islands tomorrow and was wondering about the Driving conditions on that part of the lake should I use Vets park or the Camp Koronis beach?

Went out of the West end. Access was good enough for my car. Driving all over lake was easy. Sat on mid lake drop in 20fow. Marked a few big fish didn't comitt.

Taking my girlfriend out here for some spearing this weekend, I have some spots I am going to try on navionics, but I wanna try to find some crappies as well. I am not a huge panfisherman, what should I look for? I have navionics, should I look for breaks or humps around 20-30fow?
