first time out

went out last nite for the first time of the found about 6 inches of ice. Settled down on a break line in about 20 feet of water and ended up with this beauty. What a thrill pulling it through the hole,measured about 26 inches ---

going to check the ice tomorrow on a couple lakes and then hit it pretty hard this coming week. your picture isnt helping my itch any lol! if you dont mind me asking what was the max depth of the lake and did you check ice on any other besides this one? Just wondering if most smaller lakes around here have six inches now.
