Im having trouble locating coon sign and was curious on what types of areas you guys target like ponds, corn, woods, culverts. I have a dozen DP's and so far have struggled so any advice would really be appreciated. Thanks

They could be anywhere as long as the weather is above freezing, but, soon will be in wood piles , push files , above or below any old buildings, such as barns, chicken coops, abandoned houses, straw or hay piles, junk piles , and any place they can get out of the weather....They can squeeze into very small holes for their size. It's more efficient to go to these type of locations than walking long distances in fields or wooded areas.

Right now its creeks and corn. Check the muddy banks for tracks or look between corn fields and culverts, big trees or old buildings. They have small maybe 6in wide trails in the grass if they are going anywhere to often.
