jigemup: I can't speak personally for Long Point, however two friends have stayed there and have had no complaints. They were happy with the service and said the folks did what they could to get them on fish. Its a little harder to follow the schools out of a permanent house however.<P>Glad you are able to spend some quality time with your dad. Been fishing out of Long Point Resort for over 20 years, but almost always use my own house. Kelly and the rest will do their best to put you on fish. If you don't have good fishing in your house ask to move to another, or if there is one close by of the resorts try it. They are very nice, good people and will try to put you on fish. We have had very good luck there over the years. Hope you have a blast.

coming up to long point mid jan any body ever been fishing in their houses how are the guides and fishing at this resort do they care if you catch fish my dad has cancer and may not be with us too much longer he loves to fish just want to see if i made a good choice please let me know i want it to be a great experience for him
