what year class would a 9"-10" be

I'm a little late on a fishing report was up a week and a half ago went out of father hennepin fished around the rocks there. Alot of perch nothing big actually caught two at one time on a worm harness. Then I went all the way out to sliver flat caught 3 eyes two around ten inches and a fourteen. Then headed to five mile gravel picked up three more ten inchers. Hit banana reef for the last stop picked up a smallie for anyone who likes smallies go there I always catch bass there even though I'm fishing for walleyes. Anyways two buddies were up last weekend and also caught a lot of small walleyes which brings me too my question what year class would a 9"-10" walleye be they seem to be spread out across the lake in decent numbers.
