How's this got ya Mr 8 inches?

Kind of mash up of a pike bunny MOAL and Gartside Gurgler with added buck tail wings to push more water. OAL is just a RCH over 12".

Just have to figure out how the heck to cast it now.

Should be able to punch it out there pretty good with one of those 17' SAGE Spey or as we used to call them "two handed" rods. You can move a lot of line with one of those.

Or maybe a 12/13 billfish rod....no sweat there.

But for $*%^$#& sake make sure that baby has a barbless hook!! LOL

Front hook is a 3/0 mustad 3366, rear hook is a #4. Gotta pinch the barbs yet.

I have a 7/8 14' TFO Spey. I have a 560gr skagit which I think would throw it, not sure what to use for a tip since t14 would obviously sink the fly. Not sure they make a 140gr intermediate tip. I don't think my 480gr scandi is going to cut the mustard.
