im going to be fishing the ice series on winnie on the 10 th and were thinking of going to lotw on the 11.<BR> i was wondering what would be the best resort to go out from? we will be fishing out of portables. and what time do the resorts open?<P> also i was wondering if its worth the (triple play) to fish red that night say 3 till 9 pm.<P> ive never fished either lotw or upper red so any info would be greatly app.<P> would also love to get into the whitefish/ tulibee if there bitting.<P> thanks again for any info.<P>------------------<BR>Troutman72<P> CPR <(((<

Try calling Adrians resort,218-634-1985. You will be driving out on there plowed road!!! good Luck, I will be up there on the 8th,9th,and heading home on the 10th.

I'd check out Morris Point Resort, there one of the few with direct lake access. They have an access that can't be beat, I mean steight out with a plowed road about 1/4 mile and your in the fishing water. The place has new owners and a lively bar/Resturant. Check them out.
