Hey guys, I don't get many chances to get out at the prime bite hours for walleye, mainly my fishing time is limited to late night hours. I don't have much experience finding walleye in the winter, and seem to fail almost every time I spend a trip trying to find them find them. I am looking for some advice on what depths to be in late at night, as many of the 'sunset' hotspots seem to die out after it gets late, I am wonder if we should be going shallower overnight, or deeper. I am a pure C&R fisherman, purely looking to CPR a nice walleye this year, it is not my normal target species but something I want to get some of this year for a change of pace. Not looking for specific locations, just general patterns of late night Tonka walleye is greatly appreciated from some of you skilled walleye anglers!
