Two friends of mine fished a day house on 1/5. They fished just the one day caught 40 fish 10 keeper from 14" to 17" no slot fish. The house was out on 12 mile.

Fished Arnesens Friday, Saturday and Sunday. We did pretty well considering the deep freeze we were in (-28 Sunday). A lot of little ones but did get decent ones to fill our limits. Fish on the radar 70% of the time. Seemed when you switched lures you would get a bite. Red was the best color. 50/50 on jig vs bobber. Only 4 in the slot (21, 23, 23, 25) which was kinda disappointing.

The Arnesens guides were great as usual. Thanks to the Halibut Man for putting us on fish.

just got back, sleepers are out on gull rock and they were moving them to 12 mile. stay 3 days fished gull rock 12 mile, to say the fishing was great would be an under statment. slotted many in the 20, 21 22,23,24,25. fish was not stop all day. 60 fish days, jumbo perch up to 16 inches. lots of them. lodge was full, had a water break on one side of the cabins, no water until noon. hard to take your morning dump and have coffee. fishing great. side note, talked to old man babbler, his road was plowed out to gull rock.pretty good shape , look of traffic. mostly drop downs. enjoy traffic 185

Just got back from a weekend at Arnesens in a sleeper. Friday we caught about 20 only 2 stretched the bucket. Saturday we sat from 6am when we got up until 1pm. Had 3 total bites , 2 northerns 1 perch.shortly after they came for the mid day check and all they said was wow we will be right back. Wasn't to long and here came 3 snow bears. had the shack loaded up the fuel tank and away we went to the west. Right away we started catching saugers and eyes 50-50. This morning the bite was what you would expect great. We were off by ourselves to the north west of Arnesens resort and there were a couple other sleepers in the distance but for the most part we were all by ourselves. On Friday we were just NW from Gull Rock about 1/2 mile until they moved us. Service as usual was awesome no complaints there one bit.
