How can anyone defend or condone his actions is beyond me. He's clearly stoned.

"Clearly"?

You're making that assumption based on a blurry, distorted photo with no context attached to it.

Really?

I don't think the party pictures tell you he is doing more than drinking but take the dollar bill rolling and then look at the picture of him on the plane before he leaves to Vegas and you get a different idea. The night club pic with his arm around the hottie doesn't say a thing about the state of mind he is in imo...

I think he's talking about the video here not the pic.

Exactly! Just look at his eyes in the pic or video LMT. You tell me he is just drunk. No way. I had friends that were into hard drugs and also friends who were raging alcoholics, couple that with having good friends who are in law enforcement and trained to pick up on signs of impairment whatever type it may be and those bloodshot eyes are not from being drunk.

Watch the video and then stick up for him??? Ridiculous. He is a trainwreck.

Yes, you are right. Johnny Football is the ONLY professional athlete in the world who uses drugs.

Do you idolize all those others? Do you tout their importance as a franchise QB in their respective draft?

When did all the liberals infiltrate the football forum with all the micro- managing......

I'm sure none of you guys drank or partied it up when you were in your 20's. The fact is this guy cant take a $hit without a camera in his face.

I don't idolize any of them, that's for rubes like you.

Do you tout their importance as a franchise QB in their respective draft?

Probably. You don't think there are any other highly sought after draft choices who drank, did drugs and partied? crazy

Yes, criticizing youth for irresponsible behavior and drug use, clearly an issue high at the top of the liberal platform.

Should get interesting when the season starts, we will have to wait and see how Johnny Foosball buckles down and gets to work.

Quit acting stupid bigdave. The signs are clearly there. You are just being stubborn and won't admit it.

Well if a blurry image is all it takes to claim that the signs are "clearly" there, then look at this:

Comparing that image to any of the JM photos or video is laughable. Did you watch the vid LMT?

Its quite clear he is on something other than alcohol.

So you can tell without a doubt by looking at a picture af a guy you don't know personally whether or not they are high on weed, cocaine, booze or nothing at all? You must be awesome, but then again you do have those trained friends.

Tell me, What's this guy on?

LMIT and Big Dave:

Your boy parties with Beiber, he is also a 3rd stringer, enough said.

Keep on stretching out the 15 minutes Johnny-boy.

I'd rather be labled a pothead, cokehead, druggy, drunk, than be seen hanging out with Beiber. That should be the real concern...

I must not listen to the same music as you because you seem to know an awful lot about this Beiber character that I don't know. I could tell you a lot more about Johnny Cash, Waylon Jennings and Willie Nelson than I could about anyone named Beiber. BTW, those 3 seemed to like to party, drink and do drugs too.

How many NFL QBs have ever started out as a starter their rookie season while only being 21 years old? This guy should be a College Junior this year. Most college QBs are just starting their careers as a Junior.

My guess is that Brett Favre and Tom Brady probably started out as 3rd stringers too, along with a lot of other eventual starting QBs.

With the early ice out, how is the curlyleaf pondweed doing?

On the south end...   The big basin, otherwise known as Big Traverse Bay, is ice free.  Zippel Bay and Four Mile Bay are ice free as well.  Everything is shaping up nicely for the MN Fishing Opener on May 11th. With the walleye / sauger season currently closed, most anglers are targeting sturgeon and pike.  Some sturgeon anglers are fishing at the mouth of the Rainy River, but most sturgeon are targeted in Four Mile Bay or the Rainy River.  Hence, pike are the targeted species on the south shore and various bays currently.   Pike fishing this time of year is a unique opportunity, as LOW is border water with Canada, the pike season is open year round. The limit is 3 pike per day with one being able to be more than 40 inches. All fish 30 - 40 inches must be released. Back bays hold pike as they go through the various stages of the spawn.  Deadbait under a bobber, spinners, spoons and shallow diving crankbaits are all viable options.   Four Mile Bay, Bostic Bay and Zippel Bay are all small water and boats of various sizes work well. On the Rainy River...  Great news this week as we learned sturgeon will not be placed on the endangered species list by the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service.     The organization had to make a decision by June 30 and listing sturgeon could have ended sturgeon fishing.  Thankfully, after looking at the many success stories across the nation, including LOW and the Rainy River, sturgeon fishing and successful sturgeon management continues.   A good week sturgeon fishing on the Rainy River.  Speaking to some sturgeon aficionados, fishing will actually get even better as water temps rise.     Four Mile Bay at the mouth of the Rainy River near the Wheeler's Point Boat Ramp is still producing good numbers of fish, as are various holes along the 42 miles of navigable Rainy River from the mouth to Birchdale.   The sturgeon season continues through May 15th and resumes again July 1st.   Oct 1 - April 23, Catch and Release April 24 - May 7, Harvest Season May 8 - May 15, Catch and Release May 16 - June 30, Sturgeon Fishing Closed July 1 - Sep 30, Harvest Season If you fish during the sturgeon harvest season and you want to keep a sturgeon, you must purchase a sturgeon tag for $5 prior to fishing.    One sturgeon per calendar year (45 - 50" inclusive, or over 75"). Most sturgeon anglers are either a glob of crawlers or a combo of crawlers and frozen emerald shiners on a sturgeon rig, which is an 18" leader with a 4/0 circle hook combined with a no roll sinker.  Local bait shops have all of the gear and bait. Up at the NW Angle...  A few spots with rotten ice, but as a rule, most of the Angle is showing off open water.  In these parts, most are looking ahead to the MN Fishing Opener.  Based on late ice fishing success, it should be a good one.

Nice fish. I moved to the Sartell area last summer and just thought it was windy like this everyday up here? 🤭

Crazy windy again today.... This is has been the norm this spring. Between the wind and the cold fronts, fishing has been more challenging for me than most years.  Panfish have been moving in and out of the shallows quite a bit. One day they are up in the slop, the next they are out relating to cabbage or the newly sprouting lilly pads.  Today eye guy and I found them in 4-5 ft of water, hanging close to any tree branches that happened to be laying in the water.  Bigger fish were liking a 1/32 head and a Bobby Garland baby shad.   Highlight of the day way this healthy 15incher
