Have some land that I don't use anymore. Too busy chasing birds. Has decent deer traffic in a high pressure hunting area. Would love to lease it out. State Farm will not cover that under our current policy and does not offer any type of policy that would protect us. Anyone have experience with any other policies? If I give someone permission, it falls under our policy. Was hoping to do some sort of trade-a-hunt type deal in exchange for offering permission but pretty sure that puts me in a gray zone that carries too much risk. Let a local use it a few years back. His idea of helping with a $600 property tax bill was a $20 gift card to a local sporting goods shop.
