I'm thinking ND, WI and (hopefully) Quinnipiac advance. I can't pick the other bracket since I'm too much of a HOMER.

I thought the Gophers looked really flat against CC in the FF. If they can get back to playing "fired up" hockey they should win their bracket.

As alwasy should be a great tournament, I expect some upsets but I don't even know if you can call them upsets anymore because everyone brings a quality team. Those Toledo and Manchester regions look tough. Have to laugh at BC getting moved out East with Q, should have been UND there.

Really a wide open tourney right now, maybe Lowell and Notre Dame could be given an edge because they won their conference tournaments but then they get rewards with some WCHA teams in the first round.

oh look, they put UM and UND in the same bracket, who would have thought..

Who is Cansius??? And nice to Mankato make it to the dance!

I'm just happy we got Yale instead of Michigan in Michigan, that would have been interesting. Sioux got more a of a cupcake first round matchup than we did. Yale beat Denver and CC and tied BC, Niagra hasn't even played anyone good.

My thoughts exactly. I looked at Niagras and Yale and I was like [PoorWordUsage] happened there?

Sorry to hi-jack this thread a bit,

Bran32,

I saw your signature, if my memory serves me right that's the year that the Federal Reserve was set up too.

Funny how it's not Federal or has any reserves....

Have you ever read the book "The Creature from Jekyll Island"? just curious.

2-0 Yale after 2. Awful!!! Yale scores first and the gophers just pout! Way to represent the state of hockey. I hope the U cans Lucia. This is not a hockey team it's a collection of pouting draft picks, good luck in the NHL.

Whats it take for these guys to come out and play hockey with their hair on fire. When they kick it in, they are DOMINANT, but its like they just skate around like its warm ups half the time. Sure hope they realize their season is on the line here in this last period. If they lose, the season in nothing more than a big bust!

The NCAA screwed the Gophs again pairing them up against a hockey team. When will the NCAA learn that the gophers are so amazingly loaded with talent and let them win with out playing.
