The goalie tossing his stick could go either way. Refs got it right with no goal. I think SCSU should have gotten a penalty shot on that hook on Leblanc.

Well very average performance for the Gopher tonight, you'd think it was a January game. Maybe a loss will wake them up.

That was a terrible game by the gophers. Everyone looked terrible and just standing around. There are about 5 players I would bench after that performance.

The only good news right now is a lot fo the top ranked and regular season champ teams lost already, only teams playing well look to be on the bubble and the NCAA's are as wide open as they have ever been.

WI is playing solid but I wish SCSU could have beaten them. First WI goal was very weak and the stick throw whether it was or wasn't was still incredibly lucky.

Sets up for a great weekend of hockey with the WCHA posting 6 teams to the tourney.
