fishing tips on Clear lake

How is the ice fishing on clear lake? Ice fishing rookie any tips are appreciated:)

Be prepared or lots of small sunnies, crappies and walleyes.

Not sure if you are looking to just jig or combo with tip ups but I've had decent luck over the years with tip ups (with shiners or suckers) in 8-12 FOW for northerns, walleyes or the occasional tiger muskie.

Agreed with the small panfish response. Never a shortage of them around.

I ended up there on Sunday this last weekend. First time on this lake, I heard that the eyes were biting out there. I heard 9' of water was where they were catching em. Got to the lake a lot later than I wanted to and ended up having to leave earlier than anticipated. Not know how far out 9' was I ended up going past the line of pop-ups, and ended up in about 15' of water. Ice was about 10" thick. Sat there for about 5 hours and didn't mark anything on the vex, but introduced my buddy to ice fishing for the first time. We had a good time. But no fish.
