23rd wedding Anniversary on Monday and the wife agreed to try L.o.w. walleye fishing I am thinking on driving up Sun. and pulling the small wheelhouse (2500 lbs) The problem is I have a super duty 350 crew cab, with the off road package topper and racks its probably about 10,000 lbs. I've always fished out the end of Adrians road but if I have to leave the truck on shore and bring a wheeler to tow the house out what are my best options for location that don't involve a 1 hour+ ride out in case she wants to head in once in a while?

Morris probably has the shortest drive from shore to fishing at this time of year I'd say.

leave the big rig at home and drive up in the car, rent a place to fish with the money you save on fuel, anny's only happen once a year. coming in on a sunday, you should find many places with openings. my first choice would be arnesens, then look to the river resorts.that way they haul you out to the houses, if you drive up in the car.

Agreed. You can get into the right depths a few miles off shore at Morris.

Last I heard they were allowing ATVs with wheel houses.
