Inland Trout Season

So... anyone hitting up the streams the last weekend of inland?

I was going to mix it in with Boats n Bluegrass. But since I am not going to be able to make it down for my buddy's show thanks to work (being the boss is fun, but sometimes sacrifices must be made), I am thinking about heading down to the driftless sometime early saturday.

I want to hit up my secret brook trout stream up north, but honestly would probably be attacked by a wild animal if I went there alone, so a trip south will most certainly be in order.

I'm not going to be in the Driftless area this weekend. I'm actually headed up for a guided musky trip with Musky Country Outfitters out of Hayward. By the sounds of it, we're going to be fishing about an hour south of Hayward, so that is likely where I'll be staying. Probably try to fish some waters in that area on Saturday and maybe even Friday depending how early I'm done with work.

Let me know if you decide to head north. I'm just planning on doing some exploring of those northern streams to see what I can find. Should be a fun few days.
