Fall fishing and wind...

Not much wind this summer. I think we missed only a couple of fishing days to big waves. In the fall the fishing is better than in the summer but the wind blows a little harder and little more often.

Fished Friday late in the day and Saturday morning with very good success. Fish from 6 inches to 26 inches and plenty of them, need to be choosy on what you keep to stay out fishing fishing for more than an hour. Spent the windy times doing fall chores and spit shining the boat.

Anchored up and Jiggin'. With this kind of weather, Shiners arent far off. The fish are out there in 28 to 32 feet deep water and are biting. Any way ought to get em

Good to hear the jig bite is going as its nice to be able to park if the wind is up. I want to play with the riggers a little to and will go west if I have to. Looks like a lot of W NW wind in the forcast.
