Did anyone else see the poor Lynx that was hit on 210 just a few miles west of Mcgregor?

I was amased how big these thing are and the paws where just huge...Thought it was a cougar until I stopped to take a closer look.

Also had a bear run right by our cabin.

These poor animals are really getting pushed out of the low areas up here.

When was it hit? I was on 210 just west of Mcgregor when the car in front of me hit something. I thought it was a coyote. Was it on the South side of the road?

Yup, that happened Friday evening. A lynx huh? That's crazy. I would have stopped had I known that.

How far west??? 2 Miles?? 4 Miles???

Yes. Honestly, I don't remember. Somewhere in there, though. Probably closer to 1-3 miles. It's just a blur at this point though. The poor thing had just stopped bouncing when I went over it between the wheels. The next evening, it looked as though the animals and flies had gotten to it as I passed by again.
