DEFINETLY 24volt

After that it’s all about your style of fishing. I have a 17’ also with a 65# thrust bow mount and I love it. Minnkota power drive.

amen to the 24 volt. i have a 74# minkota foot control on my 18 ft ranger. i have no problems. i would think the 65 would do you well. the 74 would be even better. del

Get the most you can afford. I have a 17' Northwood with a 120 Force, a very closely sized boat to yours. I have a Minnkota 55# thrust 12 autopilot. It is adeqauate 95% of the time. When it comes to wind and waves, i could use more thrust. If you can afford it, go to a 24 volt system. I consider this the minimum you should buy. Also, I have a 60" shaft. When there is wind and waves, you want to keep the unit submerged and that won't happen with a shorter shafted model.

I assumed you ment an electric trolling motor. For a stern mount gas, you might want to be in the 10 hp range, neither too heavy but enough hp in case you need to limp in.

We fished Thursday - Saturday. Couldn’t get any marks to bite on the west end so started east. Caught lots of 9-15” eyes on the mud side of the transition. Mostly crawlers for us on Thurs-Fri but bite changed to minnows on Saturday. Our rainbows ran small but had a few big chubs mixed in. Big chubs we’re best. No eyes on small suckers.  A jig and sucker or crawler on 9-14’ rocks got smallies going in several places. Rocky points coming off islands also produced smallies with tubes, deep jerkbaits and ned rigs on east end. Also landed a 45” ski on a crawler harness.

Hello. The first step is to read reviews written by customers. This way, you can determine if a service delivers on time and does not charge hidden fees. The paperwriter reviews should also state whether or not the company guarantees original work. Some of the most reliable review platforms include Trustpilot and SiteJabber. I also don’t really believe that you can earn online casinos. There you can play, put bets, win and more often lose money. In the casino for Norway, the same rules apply as for the rest of the casino. If you are lucky, you will win. But to earn money, it is unlikely.
