Bostic Creek?

I've fished for pike in the Bostic Creek area before but that was during March.....are northerns in there during December? <P>Thanks in advance!<BR>Mitch

You betcha there are Pike to be had over there at this time of year, as well as on other areas of 4-mile bay, and Zippel bay as well. I find the fishing a bit better on the late ice myself, but the early season can be way good too.<P>Fisky

Thanks Fisky<P>I knew I could count on you. Do you set tip ups in Zipple Bay or out in the main lake near Zipple. I've never been there....i've just been to Morris and Pine Island. Coming up a week before Christmas and will probably go to Pine.....but was also hoping to do some Tipin' Up for northerns. Bostic or Zipple?

The fish are availiable both in the bay and on the lake over near Zbay. Both areas have good/great potential, you could almost flip a coin I guess. I'd maybe lean a bit more towards the Bostic/morris point area I guess. Here's a hint for that time of year....Look for the resorts spearing huts, these guys know what they're doing and put them there for good reason!<P>Fisky<P>fiskyknut
