Does anyone fish out there i drive by it all the time and i think last weekend was one of the first times i saw people out there, what kind of fish are in there the dnr report is 17 years old so i dont put to much into that.

I'm surprised too that nobody fishes it. Every time I drive by it's empty. It's very shallow so maybe it winter kills. I think there are springs in there too as I've seen open ice in the NW basin when everything else is froze up.

There's no public access on the lake. From what I understand there is a walk on spot off of one of the walking trails, so hitting it on foot is about your only option.

You can find fish in there. The ones you find will usually be good sized. This lake has been drawn down in the past to kill weeds/rough fish I believe. I do not know when it was drawn down last.

I beleave it had a winterkill a while back, read about it last year on this site. My memory fails me, maybe it was a hot biteon this lake or a secret lake or if u fished it u needed the secret lure. I live a few miles from this lake,I will make the walk when I find out the secret lure.

Yeah, there's a city trail that goes all the way around the lake so you can walk on that way. There's also a canoe launch on the inlet on the north end of the lake.
