Good heated house to rent

Hello,

Some people from my company are headed up to the cities for work and want to spend some time fishing while they are up here. Here is what I am looking for: Heated house (may not need to be over night), gas, rods, tackle... You get the idea, they need everything to fish. They are coming from the cities so I would like some recommendations for a good outfit to get them rolling. I know the fishing could be a little slow but I would like someone that may be able to drop them on some fish. Web links will be appreciated.
