No snowmobile, what Lake?

Hi everyone,

Any good lakes that have good plowed road out on them in the Huntersville area, I don't have a sled and would like to do a little fishing. Any info would help. Thanks.

Over the weekend I was on a lake near Nevis and it had 8-10 inches of snow on it. The snow was very powdery and my 4-wheeler worked fine and there were others using wheelers so you might be ok if you have that option. I didn't see any lakes with nicely plowed roads around Nevis.

Snowshoes have been workng just fine on almost all the lakes. Just load up a small sled and go for it!
