Lake charlotte Wright co.

Is anyone driving on lake Charlotte? I know it is spring feed so the ice can be sketchy sometimes. but i would like to go out spearing without draging my spear house.

used to go out there 6-7 years ago (buddy had a perm out in the bay) If your driving around in the bay your fine but everyone i talked to said you would be nuts to drive on the main lake if you didnt know it. (I honestly cant say i ever remember one car past that bay though, so maybe if you do know it you still dont drive on it past the bay) Good luck

I drove out past the Bay last year with a buddy, but we were the only ones out there and I did not see another track out there as noted above. We didn't find any fish out there and the prime time was coming so we moved back into the bay, which didn't pan out well that night either.

I grew up on the lake I drive all the way across and fish in front of the 2 mansions the only spots to watch are early season where the waterfowl has kept it open and in front of the girl scout camp the weeds keep it uneven ice depths. They did bring a house across the main lake back in the 90's from the east to west shore
