I have never fished Greenwood thru the ice, but it is very shallow 5 to 6 feet deep, rootbeer stained water and full of rocks. walleyes can be caught, they tend to be on the small size.

i have fished it only in the fall a few times over the years, and agree with the other poster that all i ever got were small ones, but they ate good. good luck.

I knew it was shallow and most looked small according to lakefinder but numbers seemed pretty good. Hopefully find some decent ones

i looked the lake up after i posted also and was surprised by the number of decent sized walleys in there also. i haven't fished it since the early 90's so things are looking up. since the lake is shallow it might be a good idea to put some tip ups away from you for the noise factor. you should have some good day bites as well with the bog stain. let us know how you did. good luck.
