Take underwater camera while fishing out of Springsteel?

We're fishing out of Springsteel on Friday. I've got a new underwater camera, but don't want to take it if I'm just going to be wasting my time. I know LOW is often too cloudy for an underwater camera. Should I bring it or leave it at home?

Never hurts to have it along. I brought mine to Red after everyone and their mom said not to. I couldn't see my lure, but I could see when the crappie were moving in. It helped us get ready for the school after long waits between.

Don't waste your time. You wont' see more than 2 or 3 feet anyways. use that space for more beer! lol smile

We brought one with once - key word being once - and you could only see 2-3 feets. Spent more time screwing around trying to get it to work instead of fishing.

I tried mine last year in 32' of water, no go. Then i tried it in 24' of water and could see 6'-7' with it. It was a bright sunny day both times and the water was way more clear last year then this year. I am with the others, more rooom for beer grin.
