TV reception

We're renting a sleeper next weekend and it comes with a TV and DVD player. Can we get TV stations out on the ice to watch BB and FB games or is the TV just for the DVD player? I doubt there's a dish on the house.

if its got a converter box you might get a few channels, nothing more than the networks and maybe a few canadian channels

Does anybody know if you can get a local FOX channel with a antenna up there? I got a dam Bears fan going with me next weekend. I have a dish but cant get any of my locals when I get that far out of my home range something about the spotbeams I guess.

Walleye 34: Where are you from?? I'm from the Twin Cities, and I get all of the local MSP stations on my Direct TV dish at my place up at Wheelers. Also if you have a digital TV or a converter, you will get the four networks, ABC, CBS, NBC and FOX. Aim you antenna towards Williams..

If you get your local channels at home you will get your local channels up there.
