Sullivan Ice Conditions? Fishing Report

Heading up to Sullivan Lake this weekend. What condition is the ice? People driving out?

We'll be fishing during the day, any ideas for panfish and northerns?

fished there everyday last week. ice is great. drive were ever u want.sunfish not biting crappies great last week very slow last few days. biggest 13.5 crappie got a 31 in pike on crappie jig. alot of fun. been fishing the bay by weedbed. crappies dont bite till after 3 pm good luck

Do you think Sullivan is a better bet then Platte?

About the crappies, are they relating to weeds right now and relatively shallow? I had some luck a couple years back catching them suspended in 50'.

yes sullivan is better . u guys now were weed bed is in bay where resort used to be. north east side 14 ft of water . foot of bottom

Would like to go up to Sullivan. Can anyone tell me the cross roads to get on the access?

I have to agree with Bigdaddy I had good luck in 11 feet of water on the other side. The biggest crappie is going on the wall not to big 14.5 inches but they look awesome in a stringer.
