couple questions if ya dont mind. talked to my brother who was up between the holidays. and yes he had a real treat from friday on. anyway said he talked to dallas who live on the north end of the lake year round. she told my brother the township quit and wont plow that road out anymore, so they have to pay someone to plow for them. WHATS going on up there? any idea? also do you know a doug bows.....boos? he supposedly does the plowing and if i could get his phone #? thanks.

Thats the first I hear that nice time to quit in middle of winter,don't know what to tell you I'll keep a ear open to see if I can find out something. The name Doug Bows does'nt ring a bell. You don't know were he lives or kind of rig he's got?

nope, got this info from my brother. he wasnt to sure on the last name. sounded like he may have a bigger truck based on tire size gary, my bro, said. my guess is he would live somewhat close by. thanks for snoopin around. sounds like the township didnt even start plowing snow. i do believe they graded the road this summer though.

Bruce Peterson at Talmoon Repair. He's located on Little Turtle lake.

Bruce is a mile north of Talmoon off hwy 6, there is others in the area that advertise plowing to.

Mile north of Talmoon on hwy 6 then Little Turtle lake road goes east on north side of Little turtle lake.

peterson lake by spring lake store. the road that goes down to the cabins on cty road 29 towards wirt. kinda lookin for someone reasonably priced! i dont expect it free and may talk to them for next year....

not sure yet. lake reports MUST get better. i'd like to go back up, but... can always snowmobile in. the road is kinda rutted up now, not sure if someone would plow it that way. kinda why i may wait till next year. just doing the home/leg work to be prepared. SO, you familar with the area? live up there or visit frequently?
