Just got back from our trip with Kelly, Jonny, and Patsy, and had a great time like always. I've earned the nickname "uh-oh Rowe" by bringing some more terrible weather north with us. Fishing was tough to say the least, but we managed about 20 fish over our two days there. Ate a big meal and brought home a few fish for the family. No pike action this time. Big shiners outproduced anything else, only one fish jigging, everything else on a deadstick. Thanks again for first class service, great houses and good stories. One of these times the weather and fish will cooperate.

Uh-Oh Rowe with his cold and storms. It was slower the last couple days but now that you have left it should pick up again. laugh

It looks like it already did. It has been almost all deadstick action the past few days but this afternoon (after Rowe left the lake grin ) jigging was out producing a deadstick at least 4 to 1.

Heading up a week from tomorrow to stay in Kelly and Jonny's 2 man. After reading a few reports I'm not sure if I'm gonna be able take another week before I get up there! Dont sound like anyone on the North end is out to far yet...that being said..Any of those pesky crappies showing up? Be awesome to snag even just one along with the eyes next week!! Cant wait!

From what I'm hearing nobody on the lake is able to get out very deep. There are a few crappies showing up but all around the lake everybody seems to be stuck in the bigger walleye areas and unable to get out to the smaller walleye/crappie areas over the mud.
