Man missing, feared drowned on Third Crow Wing

Hey everybody!

This New Year's will not be too happy in my household. A friend of mine was in a terrible accident on Third Crow Wing last night. Him and another guy were out fishing and conditions were really bad for visibility. They got turned around and plunged into the river with their four wheeler. One guy made it out alive, barely and my friend was swept away by the current. So far they haven't found him. Not a good situation. My thoughts and prayers go to the family.

Be careful out there and use a GPS in these conditions.

No he did not make it, but his friend was hospitalized and should be ok. I know the family also. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family also.

It is always a very sad day when a fellow angler goes down. It could just as easly been any one of us. My thoughts and prayers go out to his friends and family.

Sorry to hear of the sad news, but God needed another "Fisher Of Men in His Army. Rest In Peace fellow angler, although I didn't know you, you are still a brother to me!
