Ice can't be far behind. Any guesses on the day ice will be thick enough to walk on around here?

I'm hoping for late Nov. laugh

Its coming down heavy like frozen BBs here and sticking to the sidewalk. Could be a mess in the morning.

As always I will say within a week of Thanksgiving. Im usually fishing a week or so before I have to quit and go work the St. Paul Ice Show. Maybe earlier but this year could be different.

Steve, how's the ice on Burntside?

There is typically a lot more ice in my glass than there is on Burntside at this time of year. But I'll update everyone on Bside ice as it forms. gringrin

At least the road out front is not so dusty anymore wink

I see sunshine!!!

That's what I'm waiting for at the moment. I need things to dry up a little bit so I can get my boat up the road to storage. I also have a couple of lawns the need the leaves mulched up before the snow sticks around for the much needed tracking snow for firearms deer opener.

A guy can never ask for to much can he?

Thanks Randy!!

I didn't get all that I asked for as of yet, but I was able to get the boat to storage in a clean and dry fashion. Give a call when you get a chance and we can compare work schedules...

May be time to try a little bit of shore fishing!!
