went up for sat and sun to our deer area to do a little lane cutting and possibly a doe. sat. we saw 8 does and one buck while heading up to our stands on the trail but were unable to take a clean shot at a doe. while doing his morning duties near his stand[son-in law] on sunday a doe walked out fifty yards from him but he left his rifle on his stand. it was very windy, especialy on sunday and saw nothing. only saw one rub when i normaly see quite a few this time of the year. we hunt north of duluth near brimson. good luck.

Two guys, hunting in the rain Saturday and Sunday morning, each of us saw one buck, no anterless. The hunters by the corn fields down the road were blazing away. Our acorn crop was a failure this year.
