Recommended Posts

the fall bite has started.we got out on wednesday for a couple hours we wanted to try several spots we started at the high bridge and caught a couple small sauger and a nice 18inch walleye for the frying pan then we moved up to the mouth of bay point park we jigged with 3/8 oz hair jigs and a fat head minnow,we had a few bites so we put on stinnger hooks and caught three nice fish.brite color hair was best.then we tryed hay creek caught a nice cat fish and had a nice walleye up to the boat.ran up to the dam tryed the wisc, side 12 to 15fow.seemed to be best we tied off on trees and vertical jigged.the fish are starting to move up the river with the cold nights it will only get better.if you have any questions stop or call the store. good luck IKE
