lake Tetonka perch

Has anyone been hearing about or catching any of those nice perch out on tetonka. I heard of a few coming out of there earlier and wanted to head out there this weekend.Thanks to any help!!

I talked to Jim at Jim's Printing in Owat. and he said it is slow... that the houses are moving round a lot. Which means they are "trolling"!
So... I would snuggle up to one or more of the permanents and try there, or close by there. They may be on fish.

yep, someone snuggled up to my house yesterday alright, cause i stepped into a 10" hole right in front of the door late last night. they cut plenty of holes around too. THANKS GUYS

Instead of snuggling up to a guys house why not just pick a spot of your own so we wouldn't have problems like this. I know I wouldn't be to happy if I stepped out of my house and got a boot full of water.

Was out Sunday night for about 4-5 hrs. Two guys, 5 bites, 0 fish. Had been doing real well out there up to this last outing. No perch to speak of all winter out there. Been fishing nights only though for crappies and mostly suspended 4-10 ft. Maybe now is the time to put on the track shoes and go out and find some.

hey, thanks for the info guys I appreciate it. sorry to here about the stepping into the hole incident hawkeye43. Oh well, it happens to the best of us. I will probably try Clear lake (Waseca) for some big gills due to the warm up, instead of tetonka. Good fishing!!

Sorry about your wet foot! Lucky you were not injured.
I backed off into a 10" hole I deilled a few years back and went to my knee... then fell backward. I nearly broke my leg.
I was wild about that! Sold the 10"... got an 8".

Please folks... use your best ice fishing edicate. Do not drill holes in front of someone's door! Geeeeeessssss....
