Morson Report?

Heading up to Morson area tomorrow. Anyone been up there within the last week? I've heard the lake water level is low. Miles Bay been producing?<BR>Any responses would be appreciated.<P>jig-em

Haven't been up in a couple weeks. I did hear that fishing has been slow. Weather hasn't cooperated much. I could be wrong, that's just what I heard.<BR>Good Luck. Post when you get back.

I was up over the July 4 weekend and fishing was good. Caught walleyes on reefs from 12 - 20' and also caught them on weedlines in 6 - 10'.<P>I'd look at the reefs west of Manitou island. I did hear that Miles was producing fish too.

Okay. I'm curious. Where is Manitou Island? I was just up last week. Fishing was slow on Sunday and Monday but picked up as the week went on. Less numbers than past years, overall, but the fish were running larger. Any information on the location of Manitou would be appreciated. Thanks.

Manitou is the large island north and west of Brule Island.<BR>In other words it is the first large island you come to when heading north and west out of the bay that Buena Vista is in. Hope this helps, if not let me know.
