North West Angle

Any buddy been up to the North West Angle Fishing. I am going up the week of the 7th-14th. What has been the best presentation.

I was up there on memorial weekend, we did very well with hammered gold spinners with crawlers. good luck

I just returned from the Angle yesterday, we had very good luck on hammered gold and silver spinners tipped with minnows, 2-3 foot snells seemed best. We fished mostly south side of Oak Island. Wind permitting jigs tipped with minnows worked well too. The fish were anywhere from 10-19 feet. If the island fishing isn't producing they may be starting to go to the reefs. Try North side of little oak very good structure. The lake is way down so be careful out there.

Thanks much for the information. I have been going up there for the last eight year and have always had good luck on hammered silver and gold (mostly siver).

Amolito,<P>I going up to the angle on June 11th - 15th and myself and two buddy's will be camping at Jake's. If your staying there, stop by and say hello. I will be fishing out of a Roughneck boat (maroon colored) with a black Suburban. We'll be chasing the walleye's too!
