Trout Fishing @ Kishnitenka HELP! HELP!

I'm headed for LOTW and will take a fly-in to Lake Kishnetinka(probably spelled wrong)<BR>Any one ever been there, they tell me it's nice. All muskies and Lake trout. I sort of got muskie figured out. Cast 1000 time and get a follow. But it's the lake trout that got me stimed. I know there deep, but what baits would you use to tight line down 40 or 50 feet. I've had good success using airplane jigs for lake trout if their deep. If fairly shallow, casting raps and divers can get'em good. A trick we use on our minnows. Buy some minnows(shinners) in a plastic bag, dump the water out, take about 1-2 cups of pickling salt and pour on the minnows. Shake around so they all get covered. The salt will pull moisture from minnow, so may have to pour any water out after a few hours/days. Don't have to keep'em cool or anything. When put on your jig and back in water, they look, feel like a good minnow. Works great, try it. Tazimna
